KOYEDGE Learning & Advisory Consulting is located at DS 75, Amartey Street, Sahara, Dansoman, Accra, Ghana. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on 0598424503 or 0248364286. We serve clients in-person across Accra and Ghana, and virtually across Africa and internationally.
KOYEDGE is different for three reasons. First, we are one of the very few firms in Ghana that combines procurement advisory, ESG and sustainable procurement, ISO management systems training, and HR development under one integrated service offering, meaning clients do not need to engage multiple firms. Second, we are a PECB Authorised Partner, which means our ISO training programmes meet internationally recognised professional certification standards. Third, every KOYEDGE engagement is practical and Ghana-context specific we build systems and capability that work in the Ghanaian operating environment, not generic international frameworks that require heavy adaptation.
No. KOYEDGE is not a certification body. We are a PECB Authorised Training Partner. PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) is the internationally recognised certification body. KOYEDGE trains and prepares professionals to sit for PECB certification examinations. Upon successful completion, candidates receive internationally recognised PECB certifications not certifications issued by KOYEDGE. This distinction matters: KOYEDGE provides the training expertise; PECB provides the certification authority.
PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) is a globally recognised certification body that assesses and certifies individuals, management systems, and products against international standards including ISO standards. PECB certifications are recognised in over 150 countries. KOYEDGE is an authorised PECB Partner in Ghana, which means our ISO training programmes are officially recognised, structured to PECB examination standards, and delivered by qualified facilitators. For professionals in Ghana seeking internationally portable certifications in ISO management systems, sustainable procurement, anti-bribery, AI governance, and more, KOYEDGE-PECB training provides a pathway to credentials that are valued globally.

Yes. A significant portion of KOYEDGE's work is with NGOs, development organisations, and donor-funded programmes. We understand the specific compliance requirements, reporting standards, and operational constraints of development sector organisations. Our services for this segment include procurement systems aligned to donor requirements, ESG advisory and reporting support, ISO management systems training (particularly ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery and ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement), and staff capacity-building workshops. We are also familiar with the vendor registration and procurement processes of major development agencies, including GIZ, UNDP, and World Bank-funded projects.

KOYEDGE offers six core service areas:
Yes. KOYEDGE delivers training in three formats: in-person (at our Accra facility or at the client's premises), virtual (live online sessions accessible from anywhere in Ghana and Africa), and hybrid (combining both). Our ISO management systems training programmes, in particular, are available in all three delivery formats, making them accessible to professionals across Ghana and across Africa who cannot travel to Accra.
KOYEDGE training programmes are designed for professionals and organisations at various levels. Our ISO management systems programmes cater to three categories: Foundation (for those new to a standard), Practitioner/Lead Implementer (for those responsible for implementing a standard within an organisation), and Lead Auditor (for those who need to audit compliance with a standard). This means training is relevant to entry-level professionals building their credentials, mid-career managers implementing systems at work, and senior auditors requiring certification to conduct formal audits.
KOYEDGE currently offers PECB-authorised training in the following ISO management systems programmes:
Each programme is available at Foundation, Lead Implementer, and/or Lead Auditor levels depending on the standard.
ISO 20400 is an international standard that provides guidance to organisations on how to integrate sustainability into their procurement processes. It covers responsible sourcing, supplier sustainability assessment, ethical supply chain management, and how procurement decisions can support environmental and social goals. KOYEDGE offers PECB-authorised ISO 20400 training at Foundation and Lead Implementer levels. The training is particularly relevant for procurement managers, sustainability officers, and supply chain professionals in Ghana and across Africa who need to align their organisations with global sustainability standards and increasing donor or corporate ESG requirements.
ISO 37001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an anti-bribery management system. It applies to all organisations regardless of size or sector and is increasingly required by international donors, development finance institutions, and multinational corporate partners operating in Ghana and Africa. KOYEDGE offers PECB-authorised ISO 37001 training at Foundation, Lead Implementer, and Lead Auditor levels. This training is particularly valuable for compliance officers, procurement professionals, legal teams, and governance officers in organisations that need to demonstrate ethical and anti-corruption standards to stakeholders.
ISO/IEC 42001 is the world's first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). It provides a framework for organisations to develop, implement, and govern AI systems responsibly addressing risk management, transparency, accountability, and ethical AI use. As AI adoption accelerates across Ghana and Africa, organisations in finance, health, government, and technology sectors face growing pressure to demonstrate responsible AI governance. KOYEDGE offers PECB-authorised ISO/IEC 42001 training at Foundation, Lead Implementer, and Lead Auditor levels making it one of the first firms in Ghana to offer AI governance certification training aligned to this global standard.
ISO 45001 is the internationally recognised standard for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management Systems. It replaces the older OHSAS 18001 standard and provides organisations with a framework to systematically improve employee health and safety, reduce workplace accidents and illness, and create safer working conditions. KOYEDGE offers PECB-authorised ISO 45001 training at Foundation, Lead Implementer, and Lead Auditor levels. This training is highly relevant for safety officers, HR managers, operations managers, and compliance professionals across manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, healthcare, and the broader Ghanaian private and public sector.
A Lead Implementer certification is designed for professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a management system within an organisation. For example, an ISO 37001 Lead Implementer would lead the process of building an anti-bribery management system from scratch within their organisation. A Lead Auditor certification is designed for professionals who need to plan, conduct, and report on audits of management systems either internally within their organisation or as an external third-party auditor. Lead Auditor is typically the higher-level qualification and is required for professionals who wish to conduct formal ISO compliance audits or work as independent certification auditors.
ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance a framework for measuring and reporting on an organisation's impact beyond financial performance. Environmental covers carbon emissions, resource use, and ecological impact. Social covers labour practices, community relations, and human rights. Governance covers ethics, anti-corruption, board oversight, and transparency. ESG matters for Ghanaian organisations because international donors, development finance institutions (such as the IFC, World Bank, and AfDB), multinational corporate partners, and impact investors are increasingly requiring ESG documentation and compliance from their Ghanaian partners and suppliers. Organisations that build ESG capability now will meet these requirements ahead of competitors and access funding, contracts, and partnerships that others cannot.
Sustainable procurement is the process of purchasing goods, services, and works in a way that achieves value for money on a whole-life basis while generating benefits to society, the economy, and the environment not just the buying organisation. Regular procurement focuses primarily on price, quality, and delivery. Sustainable procurement additionally considers the environmental impact of purchased goods, the social conditions under which suppliers operate (labour rights, fair pay, community impact), governance standards (anti-corruption, transparency), and the long-term sustainability of supply chains. ISO 20400 is the international standard that guides organisations in implementing sustainable procurement, and KOYEDGE is Ghana's authorised training provider for this standard.
Yes. KOYEDGE provides ESG advisory and reporting support specifically tailored to NGOs, development organisations, and donor-funded programmes operating in Ghana and Africa. This includes ESG baseline assessments, gap analysis against donor reporting requirements, practical ESG frameworks designed for organisations of different sizes, and capacity-building workshops for programme staff. We understand the specific ESG reporting requirements of major development finance institutions and can help organisations align their documentation and operations accordingly.

Yes. KOYEDGE is a PECB Authorised Training Partner. PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) certifications are recognised in over 150 countries and are respected by international organisations, multinational corporations, development finance institutions, and regulatory bodies worldwide. When you complete a PECB-aligned programme through KOYEDGE and pass the associated examination, you receive a PECB certification that is internationally portable and carries the same global credibility as a PECB certification obtained anywhere else in the world.
Upon completing a PECB-aligned training programme through KOYEDGE, candidates are eligible to sit for the PECB certification examination. The examination is conducted by PECB and can be taken online (remotely proctored) or at an approved examination centre. Examination fees are separate from training fees and are paid directly to PECB. Upon passing the examination and meeting the relevant experience requirements, candidates receive their PECB certification. KOYEDGE provides candidates with full guidance on the examination process, submission requirements, and study resources as part of every training programme.
Yes. KOYEDGE offers in-house corporate training for organisations that prefer to train their team exclusively, at their own pace, and at a location of their choice. Corporate training can be customised to reflect your organisation's specific policies, systems, and operational context making the learning immediately applicable. Corporate group pricing is available for teams of five or more. Contact us on 0598424503 to discuss your requirements and receive a tailored proposal.
KOYEDGE takes a structured, four-stage approach to procurement system improvement. We begin with a baseline assessment reviewing your existing procurement policies, processes, and supplier management practices to identify gaps and risks. We then design the improved system, which may include a Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual, supplier evaluation frameworks, tender management templates, and contract management protocols. We implement the system alongside your team and train staff to operate it independently. Finally, we conduct a 30-day post-engagement review to confirm the system is functioning as intended. This approach ensures your organisation owns a working procurement system, not a document that sits on a shelf.
Yes. KOYEDGE specifically serves SMEs with practical, affordable HR consulting. We understand that SMEs often cannot justify the cost of a full-time HR director but still need structured HR systems to manage staff effectively, reduce employment risk, and attract quality talent. KOYEDGE's HR advisory for SMEs includes HR systems audits, employee handbook and policy development, performance management system design, job description libraries, and recruitment process support. Pricing is calibrated to SME budgets without compromising on the quality of what is delivered.
